Inspired by the works of Spanish artist, Antoni Tapies: "Figura-paisaje en Gris" (figure in a landscape in grey). Shows the overbearing tension between the two realities of the most difficult fine art composition: the figure in the landscape. Employs the heavy use of plaster and marble dust as well as distressing and overpainting.
 
Materials: Mixed media (plaster, marble dust, concrete glue and paint) on stretched canvass.
