If you decide to cancel or exchange an order before it ships, then your money is fully refunded; no questions asked and no administrative fees apply. If the order has already shipped, then you have 30 days to let us know whether you would like a return and refund or an exchange for another piece (see our exchange policy for more details on how we can help).
